Responsibilities
1. Recruitment-Drives applicants through innovative approaches to sourcing and networking.
2. Conducts exploratory interviews on an ongoing basis to keep consistent pipeline of talent.
3. Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools, networking by walking the malls and attending job fairs, resume mining, and calling into competitive companies.
4. Manage and screen incoming resumes, reach out to passive candidates.
5. Maintain job postings on career page and all other employment websites.
6. Manage a requirement load of up to 40 open requirements.
7. Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), and matches candidates with internal openings.
