About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing, screening & interviewing candidates for suitable roles from the clientele
2. Ensuring that the candidate interview coordination is happening seamlessly
3. Ensuring to reach the monthly targets
4. Maintaining the data on regular basis

Note: This will involve both IT/non-IT recruitments

Other requirements

1. Should have minimum 6 months to 5 years of recruitment experience

2. Should have experience in the staffing/consulting firm

3. IT or Non-IT recruiters who are willing to work in both is most welcome

4. Should have knowledge in permanent/contract staffing

5. Well versed in Naukri, and other job portals

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 11,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
