Key responsibilities:

1. Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles
2. Coordinating interview scheduling between candidates and the hiring managers
3. Conducting the appropriate pre-employment checks for the candidates who have been successful in the interview process
4. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies
5. Work with a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates
6. Will be owning the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates & be one SPOC for them

Requirements:

1. Graduate
2. Good communication & convincing skills
3. Good sense of ownership, problem-solving & strategic thinking
4. Positive approach
