Recruiter Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Candidate engagement: Build relationships with prospective candidates, keeping them informed about job opportunities and the company's recruitment process.
2. Vendor onboarding (if applicable): Help onboard vendors or contractors as per the company's requirements.
3. Recruitment strategy: Work with the HR and management team to develop innovative recruiting strategies.
4. Candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
5. Recruitment metrics: Track and report key recruitment metrics (time to hire, source of hire, etc.) and continuously work on improving them.
