Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and application management
2. Conduct preliminary interviews, assessments, and shortlisting
3. Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders for requirement gathering and candidate feedback
4. Ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates, meeting client requirements
5. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and vendors
6. Maintain accurate records, reports, and metrics for recruitment performance
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements
