Key responsibilities:

1. Read and understand the job description for any vacant position
2. Understand the requirement in terms of skill sets, experience, location, and compensation and do an efficient search for suitable profiles
3. Assess the available profiles for suitability to the company's requirement of personnel
4. Communicate clearly the requirements of the position to the candidate and answer all queries by the candidate
5. Coordinate with departmental managers to arrange for interviews with the shortlisted profiles
6. Follow-up with successful candidates for documentation for closure of vacancy
