Key responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense reporting, and reconciliations.
2. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
3. Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees and vendors.
4. Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
5. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
6. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics.
