Key responsibilities:
1. Working with different business units to understand, plan, and execute team building (recruiting the right folks for the right roles) assignments
2. Writing exciting and clear job descriptions (JDs), publicizing them on different channels, sourcing and screening candidates, setting up interviews, interviewing candidates, etc.
2. Working on continuously coming up with new recruitment ideas and implementing the same
