2. Qualify candidates based on their skills and relevance
3. Work with supervisor in submitting the profiles and seeking feedback
4. Use the feedback to understand the role better and improvise the search
5. Maintain records of daily submissions and trackers specific to positions/clients

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 240000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60000 /year

Additional information

1. You will be provided with extensive training to excel in your job. You will be working and learning from experts in the industry.
2. You are required to bring your own laptop and mobile phone to work.
3. We work 6 days a week (Saturdays will be half-day). We are working from the office- no work from home option available now. Please apply only if you are ready to work from our office in Bangalore (HSR Layout).
4. You will be on probation for 6 months and your salary will be revised after probation. Confirmation can be done earlier than 6 months based on your performance. You will qualify to earn generous incentives after confirmation. Your salary will be Rs. 15,000 per month during probation and will be revised after confirmation. In addition to the monthly salary, realistic potential to earn about Rs. 15,000 per month as incentives.
