Key responsibilities:

1. Working on end-to-end recruitment and sourcing candidates from various job portals
2. Working on international calling (we are a gulf recruitment agency)
3. Conducting interviews and arranging for further interviews with clients
4. Following up for feedback and helping them in the onboarding process
