About the job

Key responsibilities:

I. Wrok on talent sourcing:
1. Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates for roles across various departments within the consulting firm.
2. Engage with passive candidates proactively and build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
II. Work on candidate screening & interviewing:
1. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
2. Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
3. Present top candidates to the hiring team with concise summaries and recommendations.
III. Work on collaborating with hiring managers:
1. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the skill sets needed for each role.
2. Provide consultative advice on market trends, salary expectations, and talent availability.
IV. Work on offer management & negotiating:
1. Extend offers to selected candidates, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
2. Guide candidates through the hiring process, addressing questions and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
V. Work on employer branding & market insights:
1. Promote the employer brand through various channels and candidate interactions.
2. Keep up to date with trends in the recruiting and consulting industries to provide insights and recommendations to the talent acquisition team.
VI. Handle tracking & reporting:
1. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
2. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to hiring managers and leadership.
VII. Work on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI):
1. Support the firm's commitment to diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensuring fair and equitable hiring practices.

Other requirements

I. Education:

i. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

II. Experience:

1. 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a consulting, professional services, or similar fast-paced environment.

2. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

III. Skills & abilities:

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.

2. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

3. Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

4. Knowledge of market trends and a good understanding of the consulting industry is a plus.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,75,000 /year
