I. Education:
i. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
II. Experience:
1. 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a consulting, professional services, or similar fast-paced environment.
2. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
III. Skills & abilities:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
2. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
3. Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Knowledge of market trends and a good understanding of the consulting industry is a plus.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,75,000 /year
