Key responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain a pool of available talent through market mapping
2. Source relevant profiles for open positions, focusing on quality
3. Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and close positions within targets
4. Maintain an effective hiring channel/source mix, delivering within the recruitment budget and timelines
5. Conduct HR interviews to assess competencies, skills, and aspirations
6. Lead offer discussions and negotiate compensation
7. Follow assessment guidelines and conduct reference checks
8. Handle documentation during the pre-hiring stage until onboarding, including issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters
9. Update data on the HRMS portal

Who can apply
