Recruitment Specialist Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Draw up the hiring plan after receiving man power estimates
2. Advertise vacancies on all major job posting sites, and social media platforms
3. Screen applications to shortlist candidates
4. Conduct background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for hiring
5. Interview the shortlisted candidates
6. Plan for subsequent Interview rounds & assessments to facilitate best candidate selection
7. Roll out offer letters and maintain contact with candidates in the pre-joining phase
8. Maintain/update databases
9. Provide reports on performance against KPI s
10. Ensure document collection and help joiners complete required documentation
11. Schedule training and orientation for new joiners

Who can apply
