About the job

This is an opportunity for graduates to learn to work with children with special needs and develop a career as a special educator. Intensive training and exposure to the latest teaching techniques would be given. It's a step toward a fulfilling and very demanding career in various schools and NGOs.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with children with special needs to develop their language, motor, cognitive, and play skills
2. Be part of a research team to collect evidence on the effectiveness of our software solution called PlayTalk to become the voice of nonverbal children

Note: Only apply if you live in the Marthahalli and Whitefield areas in Bangalore or are ready to relocate.

Diploma in special education (for the position of special educator)

BASLP/BSSLP (for the position of speech therapist)

BA/MA/BSc/MSc in psychology/social work (for the position of rehabilitation psychologist and special educator)

Good communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,50,000 /year
