About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Sales:
1. Achieve pre-set business targets for ANP, case count, active branches, active sales staff, and various KPIs for designated branches
2. Collaborate with the Branch Manager on the Business Implementation Plan
3. Drive and motivate branch staff alongside the RM providing support for logging applications sourced
4. Utilize the branch database effectively and ensure accurate documentation
5. Build relationships with the sales and operations teams to meet business and productivity targets for the allocated branches
6. Prospect and meet customers both within and outside the branch as needed
7. Develop, agree upon, and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets
8. Achieve Branch Relationship Manager activation targets
9. Secure commitments from partners towards achieving business objectives

B. Relationship Management:
1. Manage the relationship between the internal team and channel partners to foster sales and ensure responsiveness to partner requirements
2. Serve as the primary representative of the parent company providing comprehensive support to channel partners
3. Execute marketing activities effectively based on partner requirements
4. Ensure the timely issuance of policies and resolve any pending issues
5. Engage with customers at touchpoints to service their portfolios
6. Maintain the desired persistency ratio
7. Provide prompt post-sales service across all domains
8. Strategize and collaborate closely with the RM on business plan execution

C. Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and other compliance standards
2. Act as a process and product champion to ensure adherence to policies and procedures fostering a culture of compliance within the team

D. MIS:
1. Adhere to the Training Roadmap
2. Provide timely reports to the Supervisor as required
3. Comply with the TALIC code of conduct
