1. Act as relationship manager for the paid customers of NoBroker
2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
3. Identify and assess customers needs
4. Service customers in finding the right tenant/house as per the requirement of the customer
5. Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customers and leads
6. Utilize internal tools and methods to provide the best possible service to the customer
7. Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers
8. Keep the customers up-to-date on the progress of their account
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
10. Work on going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service
Who can apply:
1. Any graduate or postgraduate
2. Freshers or experience up to 1 year
3. Passed out in the year 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023
4. Should have secured at least 75% (10, 12th, and graduation), however, exceptions can be given in any one with 60%
5. Proficient in English, Hindi (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu)- bilingual or multilingual
6. Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
Additional Information:
1. A salary of 4,80,000 LPA (3,00,000 LPA fixed and 1,80,000 variable) will be provided to candidates with UG qualification
2. A salary of 5,10,000 LPA (3,30,000 LPA fixed and 1,80,000 variable) will be provided to candidates with PG qualification
3. A salary of 5,10,000 LPA (3,30,000 LPA fixed and 1,80,000 variable) will be provided to any candidate with relevant experience
