Relationship Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Building and improving relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners
2. Identifying potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up
3. Educating and informing clients about the company's products, services, and special offers
4. Attending to client complaints and resolving issues
5. Overseeing customer relationship management

Requirements:

1. Basic understanding of automobile products
2. Basic understanding of vehicle financing and service schedules
3. Knowledge of current schemes, offers, and eligibility
4. Should be fluent in the local language and English
5. Should have basic computer skills
6. Should have good communication skills
7. Should know 4 wheeler driving
8. Should have DL and 2 wheeler
