Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team in Bangalore and Chennai. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in field sales and exceptional communication skills in English, Kannada and Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field sales: Conduct sales activities and engage with potential clients in person to build and maintain relationships.
2. Client management: Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Sales target achievement: Utilize persuasive skills to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
4. Travel: Travel within Bangalore as required to meet clients and expand your network.

Candidate requirements:

1. Age: Must be under 30 years.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of mandatory field sales experience.
3. Education: Graduate degree required.
4. Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Kannada & Tamil.
5. Skills: Strong convincing abilities and effective communication skills.
6. Travel: Willingness to travel within Bangalore and Chennai.

Retention Bonus: 1 Lac
