Relationship Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on customer 360-degree lead management on the tech platform (this will include end-to-end lead handling generated by the digital engagement, self-calling on databases and call center)
2. Nurture all the leads with the intention to culminate in closures basis the right product match for the defined area or projects basis the customer's needs
3. Facilitate customer walk-ins at the required projects to expedite the online booking process
4. Manage the portfolio (i.e., all the customers who have walked into any of the projects) for deepening relationships
5. Manage the monthly relationship continuity to enhance the customer lifetime value, generate potent references, and strengthen the loyalty program
6. Work on managing the entire lead funnel via all the relevant mediums e.g., voice, video, text
7. Work closely with all customers to assist with online booking, resolve queries, and work on financial management
8. Negotiate with customers/developers for effective closure for the customers
9. Work closely on the assigned projects, areas, or beat to enhance online information availability on our platform, and carry out online transactions
10. Work closely on the payment schedules for effective realization
