Relationship Manager Job

Clever Harvey is a company that provides JuniorMBA programs for teenagers to explore different career options and build creativity, confidence, and business acumen. The programs are designed to provide hands-on learning experiences to develop leadership skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing relationships with schools, parents and other stakeholders, and communicating with students to help them successfully navigate the program
2. Developing strategies to increase program enrollment and retention, as well as managing program logistics and operations

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Experience in relationship management or sales
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Ability to develop and execute strategies for customer outreach and retention
5. Experience in event planning and coordination
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field
8. Experience in education or youth programs is a plus
