Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquiring direct clients and business associates for stock broking, PMS, mutual funds, fixed deposits, and insurance businesses.
2. Achieving individual targets for all aforementioned products and services.
3. Achieving minimum KRAs and monthly targets for new clients and DSA acquisition.
4. Identifying business associates with strong relationships that can help acquire new clients.
5. Providing joint call support to all BAs and direct sales exposure.
6. Meeting individual business targets in sync with BA/DSA acquisition and activation targets.
