About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Making inbound & outbound calls.
2. Provide program information to customers over the call clearly and effectively.
3. Counselling of prospects and selling of different Law and related courses.
4. Creating a sales pipeline and converting leads to meet and exceed targets.
5. Upselling and cross-selling relevant courses to enrolled students.
6. Ensuring post-sales servicing as per the set standards.
7. Generating leads, preparing MIS & selling courses to the prospect leads.
8. Respond to customer service calls. In case of inbound calls, hand holding the students/professionals till the enrolment process is completed.
