Key responsibilities:
1. Provide academic counseling to students, helping them identify and achieve their educational and career objectives
2. Develop personalized academic plans for students based on their interests, strengths, and academic goals
3. Assist students in course selection, academic progress tracking, and resolving academic challenges
4. Maintain accurate student records and documentation related to academic advising sessions and outcomes
5. Stay current on academic trends, resources, and opportunities to better support student academic success
6. Achieve the assigned targets for the day/week/month

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. You should be fluent in both English and Hindi
2. You’ll work 9 hours a day, including a 1hour break
3. You need to be okay with working on weekends since we give days off during the week Sunday is a regular workday
4. This is a full-time job, not an internship, and you’ll be with us for at least 6 months
5. We are looking for candidates who are committed to putting in the time and effort needed to succeed in this project
6. After the first 6 months, successful candidates might move to other roles within the company, depending on our job posting criteria
7. We prefer candidates from regions where Hindi is the native language, as there’s a strong emphasis on proficiency in Hindi
