1. Help students strengthen their understanding of Math/Science
2. Conduct online classes, clarify doubts, and create a positive learning environment for students in grades 4 to 10 on our learning platform
3. Provide error-free step-by-step solutions to the questions raised by the students
4. Assess student performance and provide feedback on areas that require improvement
5. Meet the requirement of 24 sessions/week and mandatory additional responsibilities beyond taking sessions for up to 12 hours/week
6. The majority of the non-session activities would be between 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and sessions would be from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
7. Additional responsibilities include parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, participation in training, and monthly tests (the list is not exhaustive)
8. Any additional workload towards enhancing student performance between 3 p.m.
to 9 p.m.
