In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring online portals for new job postings, submitting bids promptly, and efficiently managing the follow-up process.
The work will be 5 hours a day, 6 days a week. Sundays are off.
Key responsibilities:
1. Bid Management: Monitor various online portals for property maintenance job postings and submit bids promptly
2. Follow-Up: Track the progress of submitted bids and follow up with clients or portal administrators to ensure our bids are considered and address any inquiries
3. Data Entry: Maintain a detailed spreadsheet to track bid submissions, job statuses, and relevant details. Keep records updated and organized for easy reference

2. Training will be provided
Base Salary - Rs 20,000 per month
Working Hours: 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm IST or 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST (to your choice)
1. Candidate must be available to work from 12:30 pm - 6:30 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 8:00 am - 2:00 pm Greenwich Mean Time)
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
