Accountant Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Regularly communicate with key clients to maintain strong relationships
2. Understand clients' goals, challenges, and preferences
3. Conduct regular assessments of clients' needs and requirements
4. Identify areas where the company's products or services can add value
5. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to address client needs
6. Ensure that client requests are communicated effectively within the organization
7. Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client-related issues
9. Analyze sales and performance data to track progress with key clients
10. Identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
11. Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients
12. Set objectives and KPIs for each client and work towards achieving them
13. Gather feedback from clients on products, services, and overall satisfaction
14. Use feedback to make improvements and enhance the client experience
15. Manage contract renewal processes, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company
16. Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize value for both parties
17. Educate clients on new products, features, or industry trends that may benefit their business
18. Provide training and resources to help clients make the most of the company's offerings
19. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and activities
20. Prepare regular reports for management on key account performance and activities
