About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining purchase and sales invoices, and proper income and expense booking (P&L and balance sheet).
2. Working on bookkeeping in Tally ERP.
3. Working on the preparation of management reports & analysis reports according to the inquiry.
4. Managing day-to-day operations of the accounts department.
5. Managing payroll processing.
6. Working on vendor payments and client invoicing.
7. Preparing GSTR working and TDS payment.
8. Working on the reconciliation of debtors and creditors.

Skill(s) required

Accounting English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Financial Modeling MS-Excel MS-Office Tally

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Female candidates are preferred for this role.

2. Knowledge of MIS is essential.

3. Knowledge of tax declaration, and tax payment.

4. Good knowledge of corporate tax, deferred tax, GST, etc.

5. Basic information-checking skills with supplier bills

6. Fluency in English communication.

7. Proficiency with Google Drive ( Google Sheets, Google Docs, PowerPoint, etc.).

8. The candidate should have a positive mindset and a go-getter attitude.
