Administration Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Candidate needs to be in continuous touch with vendors for day-to-day business operations.
2. The candidate is responsible for sending and replying to day e-mails in a professional and timely manner.
3. The candidate must maintain and update Vendor/payment records on a timely and day-to-day basis.
4. The candidate must maintain healthy relationships with vendors & team members.
5. Candidate must be thorough with daily updates in the travel industry
6. Spontaneous thinking and decision-making skills are mandatory.
7. The candidate must be good at managing proper records and communicating effectively.
8. Candidate must be thorough in making timely records, mails, and notes.
9. Good memory and an eye for detailing are mandatory for the tourism industry.
10. Candidate must be good in interpersonal skills and communication skills.
