Fluency in spoken and written English is a must for effective communication within our team and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain reports using MS-Excel to track and analyze data
2. Create professional presentations in MS-PowerPoint for meetings and client presentations
3. Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
4. Ensure all written communication, including emails and documents, is of high quality and error-free
5. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy access and retrieval
6. Collaborate with team members to support projects and initiatives as needed
7. Uphold company standards and policies to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
