About the job

Position: Virtual Assistant

This position will be all remote. Shift timings are Monday to Friday from 8 PM to 4:30 AM.

Key responsibilities:

1. Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace
2. Customer Service: Provide excellent phone answering services and respond to client inquiries with professionalism
Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff
3. Document Handling: Prepare, edit, and manage various documents, including reports, memos, and correspondence
4. Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in databases and spreadsheets
5. Filing: Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
6. Communication: Facilitate internal and external communication, ensuring information flows smoothly within the office
7. Support Services: Assist with administrative tasks for special projects and events as needed
8. Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the administrative team
