Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, using your laptop and a dedicated workspace.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize electronic files and documentation
2. Support the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate follow-ups
3. Assist with managing and organizing client documentation and case files
4. Schedule and coordinate meetings, consultations, and interviews
5. Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video calls to provide updates and answer questions
6. Prepare, proofread, and file immigration-related forms and documents
7. Track and manage deadlines for visa applications, renewals, and other immigration services
8. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our case management system
9. Coordinate with the main offshore office to align operational activities with company goals
10. Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and strategic initiatives
*The offered CTC will range from 300,000 LPA to 500,000 LPA
