We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated administration manager to join our dynamic team at ClickPoint Software. This role requires proficiency in English (both spoken and written) as well as strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint.
Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support the team.
3. Handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding, payroll, and employee records.
4. Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the team.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
6. Develop and implement processes to streamline administrative tasks.
7. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a positive working environment.
