Admission Counsellor Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Counsel potential students to help them understand our various courses and make better learning choices
2. Conduct detailed profiling of the learner to understand the student's career aspirations and learning ability and pitch the right program
3. Manage the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned - this will include understanding the lead profile, identifying the need, pitching the right course, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management
4. Execute prompt inquiries, and follow-ups with leads through phone and emails
5. Build sales pipeline/opportunities to achieve the assigned targets
6. Work on fee tracking and follow-up
7. Adhere to the sales process, productivity, and quality parameters
8. Increase individual conversions
9. Generate leads through referrals & improve conversions on those leads
10. Assist with phone calls and emails from clients
11. Ensure that record-keeping, and reporting requirements are maintained
