Admission Student Facilitator And Analyst (ASFA) Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Guiding enrolled customers in choosing the most suitable program and country for their higher education (MS/Ph.D) abroad
2. Regularly interacting with customers to resolve any queries or doubts they may have regarding the admission process
3. Coordinating with the internal support team to share all deliverables (University lists, Admissions Essays) to the customer within the agreed timeline.
4. Regularly following up with the customers and encouraging them to apply to their chosen program before the deadline
5. Taking proactive measures to ensure customer happiness and helping them achieve their vision and dreams by supporting them throughout the application process
6. Working rigorously to ensure that the application process is completed before the application deadline

Job requirements:

1. A natural helper, empathetic, collaborative, punctual, patient and professional in attitude
2. Can learn fast and perform independent research
3. Willing to work in a fast-paced, hectic job environment with strict deadlines
4. Eager to guide and help people achieve their dreams
5. Have good general knowledge
6. Have excellent oral and written communication in English
7. Willing to work 6 days a week
