Key responsibilities:
1. Craft high-performance backend services using Fast API and Python
2. Work closely with our team and back-end developers to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into our growing ecosystem
3. Play a crucial role in prompt engineering, flow engineering, fine-tuning and leveraging RAG techniques
4. Develop and deploy diverse AI solutions that span text, imagery, video, and audio, creating a cutting-edge multi-modal experience
5. Continuously incorporate and innovate with the latest AI/ML advancements and agentic frameworks to enhance our technology stack
Who we're looking for:
1. A developer with 3 to 5 years of experience as a backend developer, and 2 years at the forefront of AI/ML technology, including direct experience with LLMs, Image models, and agent frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Lama Index, etc.
2. Someone with a proven track record of integrating and implementing AI models into existing products
3. A solutions-driven innovator who is willing to push the boundaries of what's possible and is always looking for ways to improve and streamline processes
4. A quick study, ready to innovate and collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment
5. Adaptability to work across time zones to join UK/US team sessions
6. Availability for occasional weekend sprints or work outside standard hours to meet critical deadlines
7. Strong written and verbal communications skills

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
Your technical palette:
1. Hands-on experience with AI development and experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, prompt engineering techniques, pre-training, fine-tuning and RAG
2. Proficiency with FastAPI, Asyncio, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic
3. Strong Python skills, with hands-on experience in backend development supporting AI integrations
4. Familiarity with our frontend stack would be a plus. (Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS) *Not a deal breaker if you don't have much experience there.
5. Familiarity in working with canvas-based and node-based applications would be a plus
