Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop design concepts and plans that meet their needs and expectations
2. Utilize AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop to create detailed architectural drawings and visualizations
3. Work on understanding site visit assessments to gather necessary information for project development
4. Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and 3D models, to clients for approval
5. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws throughout the design process
6. Work on staying updated on industry trends and advancements in software to continuously improve design techniques and efficiency

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in architecture
2. One or more years of experience in architectural design
3. Knowledge of and experience with local building codes, zoning
regulations, and other laws applicable to design and construction
4. Understanding of project budgets and schedules, with a focus on costs, project milestones, and timely deliverables
5. Working knowledge of CAD applications and SketchUp
