Cleeve Window Centre is looking for a skilled and motivated Architect with a preferred background in sales to join our team remotely. The role involves both sales and design responsibilities, focusing on creating customized facade designs and engaging with clients to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients and architects to develop customized facade designs
2. Create detailed and aesthetically pleasing facade design proposals
3. Ensure designs align with both client expectations and technical feasibility
4. Work closely with the supply and installation teams to provide construction information
5. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential and commercial sectors with local architects, interior designers, and builders
6. Build and maintain relationships with customers, architects, builders, and contractors
7. Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
8. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
9. Understand and interpret client requirements, offering design-based solutions
10. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our aluminum doors and windows
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
2. Candidate must be available to work from 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Greenwich Mean Time)
1. Professional degree in Architecture or related field
2. Experience in facade design, with a strong understanding of materials, systems, and construction techniques
3. Previous experience in sales and client engagement is highly preferred
4. Excellent English Language communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
6. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and CRM tools
7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
