Assistant Teacher Fresher Job (Remote)

With the onset of technology and the Internet, many are left pricking their heads as to why one needs to take a bus to a brick-and-mortar building every morning with heavy bags for learning. Time has changed and so has this rigid format! Now, parents and teachers can track their child's growth, not just with fine assessments and feedback but AI-driven technology and with pedagogy skill enhancements. You no longer have to wait for report cards to do the needful for you and your kids.

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare daily and longer-term lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines
2. Develop and maintain good working habits and discipline in classrooms
3. Work to supervise students during classes and at other times in the school day
4. Attend staff meetings and other training and development sessions
5. Assess and evaluate students' progress in written and oral work
6. Discuss students' progress and concerns with parents and administrators
7. Prepare for and attend parent-teacher interviews and other functions

Skills and other requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of the subject and ability to handle class 1-6 students
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
4. Teacher should have taken online classes previously on Zoom/Google Classroom/MS Teams
5. Capable of teaching the concerned subject
6. Ability to have an integrated approach
7. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel to assist with lesson preparation, teaching, and reporting
8. Bachelor's/B.Ed/pursuing B.Ed
9. Minimum experience of 0-1 year
