Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
2. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
3. Handle accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments in a timely manner.
4. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
5. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support company growth.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide financial information and support.
7. Improve processes and procedures continuously to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in accounting functions.
