Qualifications we need:
1. An intermediate knowledge of the obvious tools to achieve the designs needed.
2. Some good illustrative skills.
3. Eye for detail & precision.
4. Ability to nail designs across all formats aka Insta posts, presentations, websites as well as a whole brand identity development.
