About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct research and gather data on industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client-specific issues to support consulting projects and engagements
2. Collaborate with consultants to interact with clients, gather requirements, understand their business objectives and challenges, and assist in presenting findings, recommendations, and solutions
3. Work closely with project teams to assist in developing innovative solutions and recommendations that address client needs, drive business value, and achieve desired outcomes
4. Support consultants in preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and deliverables to clients, stakeholders, and senior management, summarising key findings, insights, and recommendations
5. Participate in reviewing and QA of consulting deliverables, including reports, presentations, and analyses, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project objectives and client requirements
6. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in consulting and related fields, and actively seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement
7. Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for additional consulting services and business growth

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field

2. 6 months -1 year of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related field

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, synthesize information, and develop actionable recommendations

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas, insights, and recommendations effectively to clients and stakeholders

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)

6. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

7. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision

8. Flexibility and adaptability to work on a variety of projects and industries, and willingness to learn new skills and methodologies

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
