Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 75%

2. Variable component: 25%
