As an associate graphic designer, you will work closely with our senior design team to create visually stunning and effective graphic assets for various projects.
Key responsibilities:
1. Innovatively design graphics for various projects to meet business goals
2. Collaborate with marketing and content teams for cohesive design results
3. Partner closely with the marketing team to craft compelling pitches and business decks
4. Provide visual references to support conceptual ideas as needed
5. Identify areas for design enhancement, propose solutions, and improve processes
6. Manage and update internal design databases
7. Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to create diverse materials such as social media creatives, web pages, presentations, signage, and more
8. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects
9. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively
Probation details:
1. Duration: 6 months
2. Salary: 10,000 - 12,000 /month
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with access to a reliable PC or laptop and high-speed internet
2. Graduate/postgraduate in graphic design or related field preferred
3. Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
4. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Ability to take direction and work well in a team environment
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
