Associate Operations Manager Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage online stores and operations
2. Act as a catalog expert and department owner for all site tools and operations
3. Oversee end to end customer order experience
4. Drive the catalog experience by managing daily operations for eCommerce, including updating the product catalogs
5. Maintain large online product catalogs
6. Review the site daily to ensure that all product content is displayed correctly and all products are available for purchase, adequately categorized, and accurately priced
7. Oversee the product content presented on website marketplaces and ensure brand visibility
8. Manage individual and bulk listings and account health
9. Work on data scrapping from various sites

Required skills:

1. Strong word/excel proficiency or understanding of online shop operations
2. Commercial as well as strategic mindset and understanding of forward planning and creative solutions
3. The candidate should have a passion for eCommerce, catalogs, and analytics
4. Very strong attention to detail and ability to handle last-minute changes and requests
5. Knowledge of listing, updating uploading product data/specifications
6. Knowledge of product images on marketplaces like various eCommerce platforms
7. Ability to multitask and be a quick learner
8. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written (the candidate would be working in alignment with US-based partners)
9. Should be a team player and have the ability to work well with others as well as individually
10. Should be analytical and be able to justify decisions and approaches with data
11. Should be able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity and possess a proactive attitude.
12. Knowledge with SQL is a plus
