Associate Recruiter Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth candidate evaluation over the phone using a provided evaluation format
2. Follow up with candidates to gather additional information as needed
3. Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and feedback
4. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify qualified candidates for open positions
5. Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with current hiring practices and evaluation techniques

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in any field (BCom, BBA graduates are good to have)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Timings: Monday to Saturday: 10 AM to 7 PM
The first two months of the program would be probationary and the performance will be very closely monitored
