Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing the right candidate through screening of the job profile on portals
2. Conversing with the candidate with respect to the job profile, scheduling interviews, etc.
3. Maintaining a database of candidates

Requirements:

1. Dedicated and serious candidates
2. Financial knowledge is mandatory
3. Should be a graduate/postgraduate in finance
4. Communication skills to be good
5. Deep understanding of finance is required
