Associate Recruiter Job (Remote)

UPLYFT is a 16 year old Executive SEarch Services and Recruitment Firm. We work in many geographies, including India, the MENA, Africa, Some Scandinavian countries, Latin America etc. In these 16 years although we have worked with companies in many sectors, Construction is one sector where we have worked 360deg, be it the Building and factories, pureplay Industrial (power, steel, cement, process plants construction), Mining and Material Handling, T&D, infrastructure (urban infra and marine infra).

We have worked with prominent names like L&T Hydrocarbon, Transportation and Heavy Civil, Shapoorji Pallonji (incl. Design and build), SPEPC, KEC International, Ashoka Buildcon, Kalpataru and also Design Consulting firms like Egis and WME, TCE, BuroHappold, Jacobs, from their Gurgaon office for infra vertical and also with PMCs like Turner, C&W, Colliers, CBRE etc. For a brief while we worked with ITD Cementation and SP SIngla. Our clients have been Peninsula, Lodha, Hiranandani, Aurobindo Realty, Embassy, Capitaland, Runwal,DLF, Omkar, Raheja developers. Our clients are like CEAT Tyres and their subsidiary Taabi, WIPFLI, Indo Rama, and many more stalwart companies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and attract candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
3. Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
4. Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics
5. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on job boards
6. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes
7. Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative recruitment strategies
