As an Associate 5-day recruitment consultant, you will work proactively in sourcing & evaluating candidates for job vacancies from clients across BFSI, manufacturing, pharma, publishing, and other industries.
Key responsibilities:
1. Understanding assigned job descriptions
2. Using job portals, LinkedIn, AI, social media, and more to source relevant
candidates
3. Connecting with shortlisted candidates over a call or video chat to screen and assess their suitability for the assigned job role
4. Present your assessment of candidates to the clients and handhold the process of interview and final selection
5. As a by product of conversations with candidates you will be expected to pick up
market insights basis, in which you will advise the client regarding their competitors and hiring trends in the market
Desired candidate profile :
1. 0-3 years experience
2. Not shy in speaking with candidates
2. High energy, proactive person with varied interests and achievements
3. Awareness and comfort with using technology & tools including Gen AI will be
highly preferable
4. Must have some experience in hiring
