1. Independently owning pre-sales (POCs, demo delivery, and presentation)
2. Identifying needs, understanding customer pain points, developing and influencing solutions based on analysis of customer business goals and objectives)
3. Partnering with customers and internal technical teams to develop the best-customized solution
4. Leading the adoption of best practices around solution architecture, product design, quality, safety, integration, and performance
5. Providing pre-sales support to the sales team during RFI/RFP stages, including the drafting of RFI/RFP responses and developing solutions that maximize ROI
6. Working with the delivery team to develop a detailed solution design schedule and resource plan for implementation, code review, etc.
7. Training resources on Salesforce (developers, tech leads, pre-sales)
8. Participating actively in the end-to-end delivery operations cycle to validate and document the implementation of the solution as per the original architecture and design intent
9. Managing Salesforce enterprise delivery process and governance
Requirements:
1. Experience in cloud implementation, solutioning, architecture, presales, consulting, and customer management experience
2. Excellent communication skills with experience in customer management and senior management interactions
3. Qualifications: Master's degree/bachelor's degree -computer science or equivalent
