Associate Software Developer Job (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated software engineer to join our team at Helios Tech. As a software engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our email software platform.

1. Design and development: Create robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java. Collaborate on the design and architecture of new features and enhancements.
2. Code quality: Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on best practices and industry standards. Perform code reviews and participate in pair programming sessions.
3. Troubleshooting and debugging: Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects and performance issues. Work with the team to perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Contribute to the planning and execution of development tasks.
